  • Acces to paid linkedin recruiter account
  • Experience searching other online channels for software engineers
  • Searched and hired a range of positions and Technology Stack (Frontend, BAckend, Devops, Full stack, QA’s, Data engineers, AI/Data science, Productowners)
  • Searched and hired a range of seniority from medior to lead positions, architects
  • Good network of software engineers in PHP laravel/Symfony, Python, Vue/Angular/React, Javascript, Node.js, Go, Gitlab/Github, CI/CD, Google Cloud/AWS, Jenkins, Selenium etc.
  • Strong interpersonale skills, strong in communication.
  • A frendly face, willing to help.
  • Self starter, can work independently on remote basis
  • Can do mentality, deliver profiles and motivate software engineers
  • As you work remote, you are a self starter and disciplined in scheduling your day and delivering.
  • English: intermediate+.
  • Problem solving attitude, accurate working style and active communicator.

About the team
At TechTalent4Growth everybody is working remotely. Currently in the medeterraneum region. Each recruiter has his own positions to fullfill. If you need a help, you can ask collegues. You work quite independly. So it is possible to pick positions that fit best with your network.

About you
You are a frendly person always curious to meet and learn more about new people. Although you know you search for a position you stay human in your approach. Finding out about the experience and ambitions and match them with the company ambitions and challenges.

Requirements
To become a successful conversion optimization specialist within Company you are experienced in:

  • 6+ years experience in International Tech recruitment

Soft skills
Besides your in depth expertise/knowledge you need skills to ensure your knowledge is put into day to day practice of Company:

  • You are a good listener and observer. Based on what you see and hear you can ask additional (the right) questions to get to know what is required;
  • You have good communication skills (orally and written) and you are an easy communicator to other members of the team. You can explain your choices and priorities to other team members and management.
  • Your level of English conversation is at least intermediate (experienced working with English speaking teams).
  • You are curious and eager to learn and you take initiative. You are easy in connecting and collaborating with other team members and open to learn from them.

English level
Your level of English conversation is intermediate+. You need to be able to discuss in English your ideas, proposals with the development team and stakeholders. If English communication is a problem you donot fit in this position. Further you are a person who has seniority, is curious to explore new tech and eager to learn and you take initiatives. Your prefer a structured working style with attention to details. You are easy in connecting and collaborating with other team members.

Contract
The company is looking for long term hires on freelance basis
Depending on the number of hours per week we decide how the contract will be.
3 month trail period (1 day business notice)
After trail period 1 month notice
With a fulltime position you get 1+ year contract paid holidays, 5 paid sick leave days, free on national holidays are included.
